My story may look different than a typical weight loss journey — but the effort, dedication, discipline, and willpower it takes to accomplish a goal is exactly the same.
No matter what your goal is, I take it seriously. I understand that losing weight, building muscle, and staying consistent can feel challenging — especially when life is busy, motivation comes and goes, and your body starts changing in ways you don’t recognize.
And honestly… turning 40 was a big turning point for me.
It made me realize just how important it is for women to have the right education, training, and support through perimenopause — because this season of life changes everything. Your metabolism, hormones, energy, sleep, cravings, recovery, and body composition can all shift, and most women are left feeling confused, frustrated, and stuck.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping as many women as I can feel strong, confident, and in control of their health again.

I have the credentials to run and interpret labs, helping uncover potential root causes that may be contributing to stubborn weight loss resistance, low energy, poor recovery, hormone symptoms, inflammation, and more.
